Publishing My stores information on Google Map.

 To whom it may concern;

May I know can I simplified the verification process as our company owns about 17 outlets in Hong Kong. Our plan is get it up and going on Google Map first then I will transfer this account to our IT Department or the business owner by changing the contact email.

However, it would be nicer if your verification letter can be sent to our head office address instead of actual stores. The reason behind its we are afraid your letter may get lost somewhere because most of the retail staff are not very sophisticated and may discard your letter even when we inform our front-line staff.

Please advice if this is possible and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Warm regards,

George

It's not hard 眨眼表情 you can do bulk verification!
But here are the requirements:
1) Official website with each branch information(phone and address)
2) Have company's domain email, which is required to be the same with your official website domain
ex: Google's official email is: @google.com
3) Bulk verification listings have to match with information on your website
4) While uploading bulk verification list, remember to put on business code just for easy management
For bulk verification, more you can refer to: https://support.google.com/business/answer/4490296?hl=en&ref_topic=4596653

If you meet all the requirement, bulk verification is actually very easy, all you need is to upload the listings! Well...sometime the support team will ask for more information, but there's no need to request pin! DO remember, bulk verification will take time, so be patient while support agent is working on your request eh!

If you DO NOT meet above requirements, also there's no need to worry. Without bulk verification, you can still go with the normal verification flow, which means requesting mail to each store (physical mail is aim to verify the actual address, so it has to be sent to where the store is located, cannot be the head office). 14 days after you had requested the mail verification, you can contact with Google My Business support team for manual verification.

Hope I had answered your questions,
Ann
